Went for a run for the first time in months today. I restarted the c25k program and ran 1.83 miles in 33 minutes. Averaged an 18 minute mile.
I am disappointed in myself but I went out there and I did it and I’m gonna do it again. :)

W3D2 done!!
Today was more difficult than the other day. Could be because I still have a sore throat and have ate pretty badly the past couple of days. I just wanted to quit so bad. Could also be the fact that I ran a different route then I am used to. Jeff and me went to the walking trail in town instead of running through the neighborhood and it has a bit more hills. I still think I did pretty well. When it was over, Jeff was like, “Come on. You can run some more. We’ll run to that pole then you can walk some more. Then, when we get to the second corner at the bench, we’ll run and really sprint to the car.” I was so tired and didn’t think I would be able to. BUT I DID! I literally ran and pretty much jumped in his arms. :D I was so proud of myself!!!!!!!!!! :D :D

Not bad considering I hadn’t done it in over a month. I enjoyed it. :) Definitely need to do it more often.
5 minute warmup with 30 second runs and 1 minute walks. No cooldown. :/ thats bad but we were already back to the car and the boys were tired so I decided we just needed to go. Still feel satisfied with what I did.
